About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Olymel S.E.C/L.P. As a key member of our meat processing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use
Work Environment

Our meat processing plant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be working in a cold and refrigerated environment with exposure to odors and dust.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train or equivalent experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Own transportation
Physical Demands

This role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
