Job Title: Manager of Financial Solutions for Healthcare Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Financial Solutions for Healthcare Professionals to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial solutions to healthcare professionals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals and businesses, providing expert financial guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the needs of our healthcare clients, including financing solutions, wealth management, and commercial banking services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop new financial products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and innovative financial solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages.
