About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Butcher to join our IGA team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality meat products, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meat products to consumers, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on meat selection and preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a butchery or meat production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cutting and preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
