Job Summary
Experis is seeking a highly skilled UAT Lead to join our team. As a UAT Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an overall UAT strategy, working closely with our client's integration testing management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an overall UAT strategy by collaborating with the client's integration testing management team.
- Create UAT execution plans, including guiding client teams to finalize UAT test scenarios and test cases.
- Guide client teams in using proven templates to identify and allocate UAT facilitators and testers, and interlock with UAT execution plans.
- Facilitate UAT orientation sessions, capture feedback, and coordinate with the client's testing management team for continuous adjustment.
- Identify technology needs, including UAT environments, and make requests to the client to prepare.
- Identify risks, including UAT resources conflicts, and plan for mitigation with the client's test management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client and end-user training for large system integration projects.
- Knowledge of business processes and application systems.
- Knowledge of supporting technologies for UAT and end-user training.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
