Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the requisition of food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices
  • Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assistants to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets
  • Oversee overall kitchen operations
