Maid that Cares is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 1-10 people, including light duty cleaners and specialized cleaners.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
Work Environment:

The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and private residences.
