Job Title: Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Worker to join our team at Gulraj Farm Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as harvesting crops and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvest crops at the appropriate time to ensure quality and readiness for market.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
Requirements:
  • Experience in farming or agricultural labor is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
