Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing management with key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
