Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and make data-driven decisions.
- Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Patient Care and Services
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services.
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and under pressure.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients.
- Education
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility or medical practice.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.

- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively with staff to achieve common goals.
