We are seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Expert to join our team in New York. As a key member of our Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) department, you will play a crucial role in delivering day-to-day services to our clients and business units.

In this role, you will support the Structured Finance department, ensuring operational performance and efficiency across our perimeter. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to production teams and building expertise within the STR Servicing teams
  • Reviewing and verifying daily loan transactions, including Money Market, Commercial Paper, Non-performing, and Direct/Agented facilities
  • Overseeing the review and approval of loan forms for new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay-downs, and commitment reductions
  • Ensuring proper reconciliation of interest, commitment fees, and investigating any discrepancies
  • Contributing to the improvement of AMER processes and aligning STR processes globally

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Loan IQ (LIQ Loan System) and experience servicing syndicated deals as an agent
  • Strong understanding of loan products and cash payment principles in USD and foreign currencies
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending using Loan IQ, with exposure to diverse portfolios (agency/syndicated loans)

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer:
