Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2436871 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about our merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
