Job Summary

The Lounge Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality customer experience
Requirements
  • ProServe program certification
  • Aloha Point of Sale (POS) system experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
