About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Lodex Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in various tasks, including moving tools and equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and cleaning machines and work areas.
  • Support the operation, repair, and maintenance of our vehicles and equipment.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the safety and security of our team and assets.
Requirements
  • Basic security clearance
  • Flexibility, organized, and reliable
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Will train
Work Environment

As a Mechanic Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the safety and security of our team and assets.
