About the Role

As a Relief Pharmacist with Sobeys, you will provide clinical pharmacy services to customers and medical practitioners in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient-focused care and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with Pharmacy Assistants to optimize workflow efficiencies
  • Initiate and follow up on care plans, documenting all interactions
  • Coach and mentor pharmacy students and assistants
  • Collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Identify actual and potential drug-related problems
  • Monitor medication adherence and provide patient counseling

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a leading Canadian company. As a Relief Pharmacist with Sobeys, you will be part of a talented team that is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility
  • Injection Certification
  • Prior experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred
