Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Data Analytics Professor to teach our Advanced Prescriptive Analytics course, ADM3305A, at the University of Ottawa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and simulation modeling, as well as experience in teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver lectures on advanced prescriptive analytics, simulation modeling, and decision-making techniques
  • Design and implement hands-on exercises and projects to enhance student learning
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analytics and simulation modeling

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A Master's degree in Science or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • Recent professional experience in data analytics and simulation modeling
  • Teaching experience, preferably in the area of data analytics
