Job Summary:

This position is located in Gander, NL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Log and report all incidents reported by hospital staff, physicians, patients, or visitors
  • Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance
  • Monitor situations, cameras, property, and events
  • Communicate in a truthful and receptive manner under all circumstances
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Additional Information:

Rate of Pay: $19.00/hour
