Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Stocking
    • Process and stock all fashion merchandise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Contribute to the creation of visually appealing store displays and fixtures, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
