We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team at Upgrade Learning Academy Inc as a Vice President – Education Services. This key role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our educational programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Establish and implement organizational objectives and policies to drive the growth and success of our educational programs.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support the development and delivery of our educational services.
- Leadership Development: Identify, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead our educational programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Program Evaluation: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure the effective delivery of our educational programs and services.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or business.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving growth and success in educational programs.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
