At Eddyfi Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the position of Director, Production. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production team to achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide inspiring leadership and effectively manage the production team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing and team management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems.
  • Practical mastery of production optimization tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, risk analysis, process mapping, and DOE methods.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
