Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our team at Top Gun Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, packaging, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Assist with preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
