Retail Store Manager

Coldstream Market is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Operations and Logistics
- Authorize payments, returns, and merchandise transactions
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock
- Customer Service and Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Sell merchandise and promote products to drive sales growth
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent work term
- English language required
