We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Khera Exteriors Ltd. as an Exterior Renovations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading exterior renovations projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Exterior Renovations
    • Design and install exterior renovations, including siding, trim, and windows.
    • Ensure all work meets building codes and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in exterior renovations or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
