Job Title: LINUX Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled LINUX systems administrator to join our team at Thinkpivot. This role will be based in our data center in Etobicoke, where you will be responsible for the daily operations of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network, storage, and compute resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external customers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of new systems and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation of our data center infrastructure.
Requirements:Requirements & Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with practical experience in Linux systems administration, as well as at least two of the following skills:

  • Storage administration, including FC/FCoE, iSCSI, and NAS protocols.
  • Virtual infrastructure, including VMware, Hyper-V, or other.
  • System administration, including Windows.
  • IP networks, including LAN, WAN, BGP, VPN, and wireless technologies.
  • Security, including firewall and network security.
  • Veeam is a plus.
