We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Sienna Senior Living. As the most senior leader in our home, you will be responsible for driving and sustaining a culture that inspires our core values - positivity, accountability, community, and caring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a high-performing management team and implement a person-centered care philosophy for resident care and clinical services
  • Plan, coordinate, direct, and monitor the effectiveness of operational activities, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue
  • Actively utilize established standards and resources to cultivate an optimal work environment, ensuring engagement and delivery of the best resident experience
  • Forge relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions and clear communication with families and team members
  • Understand and interpret various regulations governing senior healthcare, ensuring compliance for team members, residents, and families
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, health services, or social services
  • Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
