Actuarial Reporting Specialist

The successful incumbent will provide support for IFRS 17 actuarial reporting, risk management, process transformation, and experience studies for the international business lines.
Key Responsibilities- Support actuarial financial reporting for international product lines to ensure effective completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly actuarial processes.
- Support analytical processes in explaining earnings and movements in insurance contract assets and liabilities, as well as investigating gaps between source data and automated system outputs.
- Support risk management functions, including hedge effectiveness assessment, Financial Condition Testing (FCT), sensitivity testing, and various risk reporting tasks.
- Contribute to valuation model maintenance, in-force extract data updates, and annual experience studies.
- Assist in various actuarial projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (or above) majoring in Actuarial Science or other relevant majors (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics) with demonstrated knowledge of actuarial concepts.
- Minimum 2 to 3 actuarial exams completed.
- Actuarial experience with demonstrated knowledge of professional standards of practice, the legislative environment, and industry best-practices.
- Working experience and familiarity with Moody's AXIS system.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, take initiatives, and accountability in addressing issues in actuarial results by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working experience of R, Tableau, and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 requirements.
