Contract Execution Coordinator Job Summary

The Contract Execution Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the intake pipeline for approximately 50 application vendors and 100 vendor contracts supported by the Supply Chain and Finance Technology Solutions Teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the intake pipeline for approximately 50 application vendors and 100 vendor contracts.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end financial reconciliation process, including PO creation and tracking.
  • Monitor and manage upcoming contract renewals, with a focus on CPI increases.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary technology-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is highly desirable.
