We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Optometrist Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and care.

• Provide warm and welcoming service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Work closely with Optometrists to explore patient needs and priorities, linking them to our practice offerings.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, accurately describing features and benefits to patients.
• Anticipate and resolve patient issues, striving for long-term solutions.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Commit to delivery dates and times, setting expectations for pick-up and seeking feedback.
• Strive for exceptional results on goals and competencies.
• Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Presents, celebrates, and educates patients at product pick-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized practice environment, securing company assets.
• Inform management of potential safety opportunities.
• Adhere to attendance and daily time-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Sell on your feet 80-100% of the time.
• Consistently maintain proper dress code.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications.
• Embraces new technology and change.
• Strong communicator and listener.

• Eyecare experience.
• Sales experience.
