Job Description

This role involves preparing surfaces for painting, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces. You will also be responsible for advising clients on color choices and wall coverings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment and Conditions

As a coatings specialist, you will spend most of your time outdoors, working at heights, and in various locations. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of this role and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Brush painting
  • Roller painting
  • Paint spraying

You should have experience with various painting equipment and machinery, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
