**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will report to the Senior Manager - Revenue & Growth and be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure a powerful and consistent brand message for both Canada and the US.

The successful candidate will create unified campaigns combining digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, paid media, and other brand-building activities to target all marketing funnels, driving conversions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing and implementing upper, middle, and lower-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversions
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, search engines, and websites while ensuring alignment of messaging and branding across all channels
  • Leading brand building initiatives through creative campaigns
  • Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand partners
  • Executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other social media
  • Tracking performance metrics and providing actionable insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • ~3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated or digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, paid media, influencer marketing, email marketing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms
  • Experience in brand-building and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and storytelling
  • Proficiency in Shopify and strong understanding of SEO and website optimization
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel
