About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fuel Systems Engineer to join our team at mtl's aerostructure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing fuel systems for our aircraft manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop fuel systems that meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fuel systems with other aircraft components.
  • Conduct testing and validation of fuel systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support fuel system design and testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in fuel system design and development, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
