We are seeking a skilled Master Pastry Artist to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastries and baked goods that exceed customer expectations.

About the Job:

  • Prepare dough and batters: You will prepare high-quality dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, sweet goods, muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters: Our ideal candidate will have experience in baking mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods: Your artistic skills will shine as you frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to make them visually appealing.
  • Prepare special orders: We appreciate candidates who can think on their feet and prepare special orders with ease.
  • Materials requisition and ordering: You will be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Production schedules: Drawing up production schedules is a crucial part of this role, ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Food allergies and intolerances: Our ideal candidate will take pride in preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Salary and Benefits:
