Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and manage municipal infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, technical specifications, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and cross-functional teams, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure project quality and sustainability, meeting the municipality's high standards.
  • Manage project risks and challenges, providing creative solutions to resolve issues.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and generate regular reports.
  • Coordinate project monitoring and site visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent diploma.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field, preferably with the Order of Engineers (OIQ).
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
