Paramedic Clinician

Medavie Health Services West is a leading provider of emergency management services in Canada, operating ground and air ambulance services, medical communications, Mobile Integrated Health/Community Paramedicine programs, 911 Public Safety, 811 Telehealth, home health care, as well as clinical training.

We are seeking two Primary Care Paramedics who are interested in being trained in Detention under Mobile Integrated Health. The successful candidates will be part of our team in providing independent primary clinical care, safe transportation of individuals, and maintaining and operating ambulances and related equipment.

To be considered for this role, you must meet all legislated requirements for Primary Care Paramedics in Saskatchewan, be currently registered with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics as a Primary Care Paramedic or eligible for registration through the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics, and be in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics.

• Must have a valid Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver's License (or equivalent) and submit it with your resume.
• Must have current ITLS and CPR C for Health Care Providers certifications and submit them with your resume.
• Must have a current (within last 60 days) valid and clean criminal record check and submit it with your resume.
• Must have a current (within last 30 days) driver's abstract and submit it with your resume.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently as a member of the team, and a high regard for confidentiality. You must also be able to work all shifts as assigned and maintain a good attendance record.

A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards, is expected for this position. Please note that other benefits, such as professional development opportunities, may also be offered.
