Job Description Inside Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. In this role, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to promote and aid the sale of our products and solutions within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs and provide customized solutions; recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons.
  • Research and identify new prospects, and leverage the Sales team to assist.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, integrators, and partners.
  • Analyze channel partner program eligibility and make informed decisions.
  • Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities, and allocate resources to achieve initiatives.
  • Provide technical tours of the Axis Experience Centre (AEC) and demonstrate Axis products and solutions.
  • Strategize, solicit, and drive attendance to trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
  • Stay up to date on Axis products, solutions, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales call centre environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to execute.
  • Solid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructure.
