About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Crystal Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in Pipeline Construction: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, ensuring accurate and efficient installation.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, adhering to safety protocols and construction standards.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
  • Repetitive Tasks: The Construction Helper will perform repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
