Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Prime Hut Pizza & Indian Cuisine Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
