Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Solutions Specialist to join our team at TPINE LEASING CAPITAL CORPORATION. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives, and promoting the sale of credit and loan services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on client financial status, references, and credit history.
  • Assist clients in proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment.
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, including reviewing and updating credit and loan files.
  • Interview applicants for loans and research their financial status, references, and credit history.
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services to corporate and individual customers.
  • Network to develop business relations and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Private sector work setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines. We require our team members to be organized, have excellent judgement, and be able to work in a team environment.
