Job Description

The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Supplier's Quality Leadership teams, evaluating quality performance, and defining improvement plan objectives. The role will involve supporting source inspection at suppliers, planning and validating first article inspections, and providing technical support.

The successful candidate will also participate in investigations for supplier quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and containment plans. Additionally, they will participate in different governance activities and lead Quality reviews with suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Supplier's Quality Leadership teams.
  • Evaluate supplier quality performance and define improvement plan objectives.
  • Support source inspection at suppliers (frequent traveling).
  • Plan and validate first article inspections.
  • Provide technical support and follow-up on quality deliverables.
  • Participate in investigations for supplier quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and containment plans.
  • Participate in different governance activities and lead Quality reviews with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative, leadership, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to travel outside of Canada on short notice.
  • Experience with manufacturing and assembly of components with GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
  • Advanced problem resolution and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and related quality standards.
  • Good oral and technical writing skills in English and French are required.
