Data Strategy Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and drive our data strategy and operations from the ground up. This role requires a deep understanding of modern data platforms, particularly Databricks and Snowflake, and the ability to design and implement scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee data architecture, engineering, and analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the data practice
  • Design and implement data pipelines and platforms using Databricks and Snowflake
  • Develop strategies for data management and performance optimization, working closely with data partners
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive data-driven solutions and insights
  • Mentor and lead a growing team of data professionals
