We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard Attendant to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Yard Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our yard and warehouse areas, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

• Perform daily yard maintenance tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Unload supplier trucks and load customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure the proper storage of yard and warehouse merchandise, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Work co-operatively with team members to achieve excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of company equipment and facilities, including the cardlock and site.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to repetitively pull, lift, and carry 50lbs throughout each 8-hour shift.
• Forklift experience is considered an asset.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

The pay scale for this position is $17.45 to $23.87 per hour. Starting pay will be based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
