Job Title: 3D Animation Creative Producer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute creative concepts for 3D animation projects, ensuring they align with our brand's sustainability goals and marketing strategies.
  2. Lead a team of talented creatives, overseeing multiple design projects from concept to execution.
  3. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  4. Collaborate with brand marketing to drive engagement and support business objectives.
  5. Mentor and inspire a team of in-house creatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in a Creative Director role, with a focus on 3D animation and sustainable fashion.
  2. 8+ years of experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  3. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and current trends in retail and digital e-commerce.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and projects.
Preferred:
  1. Degree or courses related to Fine Arts or Graphic Design.
  2. Proven experience concepting for and executing seasonal consumer campaigns with a strong understanding of the retail customer journey.
