About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology and Operations Officer to join our team at the Government of Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology and operations strategies that drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology and operations strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that improve business processes and technology infrastructure
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of technology and operations investments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology and operations leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering technology and operations projects and initiatives on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
