Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Elementary Education Specialist to join our team at Math4me. As a tutor for elementary school subjects, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, utilizing a variety of teaching methods, including discussions, audio-visual presentations, and field trips, to ensure students grasp complex concepts.
  • Curriculum Development: Prepare and deliver teaching materials, outlines, and assessments to support student learning and progress.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Administer and correct tests, identify individual learning needs, and evaluate curriculum programs to recommend improvements.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with homework and fostering a love for learning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in teaching or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with children, and proficiency in MS Windows.
