At B.C. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.
About the Job- We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per year.
- This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate or diploma but will be willing to train. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables with attention to detail and presentation.
- Description menu items, including daily specials, to inform and engage customers.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, trays, and chairs throughout the dining area.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to all customers, taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
