We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at C&L Cabinets Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and planning, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert advice on financial matters, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for preparing regular risk profiles for debt portfolios and advising on financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefings notes, and correspondence.
  • Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender.
  • Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance.
  • Prepare a regular risk profile for debt portfolios.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
