We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Night Carer.

About the Role

This rewarding position involves providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive an excellent hourly rate of £13.25, including travel time, as well as a paid mileage allowance of 35p per mile.

You will also be provided with a company mobile telephone, loyalty pay, and access to our carer reward programme.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a kind and empathetic person with great listening skills, able to work night shifts, and possess a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to prepare you for the role.

Location

The role is based in the Cobham/Esher/Epsom/Kingston/New Malden/Sutton area, allowing you to make a positive impact on the lives of clients in your local community.
