Twice the Deal Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and dining staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen and dining operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

Our kitchen and dining areas are fast-paced and dynamic environments. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with staff and management, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
