Join FutureSight as a Co-Founder and Entrepreneur in Residence

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to co-found our next B2B SaaS startup with us. As a co-founder, you will work closely with our team to create a world-class software company from inception to exit.

Our team consists of experienced founders, operators, and designers who have successfully brought software to market at scale. You will have the opportunity to work with John Carbrey, a 4x entrepreneur with experience in B2B SaaS and bootstrapping a venture from 0 to $100M in ARR.

You will also collaborate with our other leaders, including Joshua, a seasoned CFO and strategic advisor; Kevin, a product leader with expertise in taking companies from 0 to 1 and beyond; Alan, a world-renowned expert in early-stage idea validation; and Prathna, an active early-stage investor and strategic advisor.

What You Bring to the Table
  1. Co-Founding Experience
    • You're motivated to co-found a new venture as the CEO, with or without us.
  2. Domain Expertise and Industry Advantage
    • You understand your domain and/or industry very well, recognize the challenges, and are passionate about solving them.
  3. Relevant Skills and Experience
    • You have co-founded a company, have been at a venture-backed company, or have equivalent intrapreneurial experience.
What You Can Expect
  1. Daily Active Engagement
    • Early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas to ensure product-market-fit.
    • Be prepared for us to kill many ideas with you before we get to the silver bullet.
    • Create prototypes to help validate and sell potential solutions.
    • For validated opportunities, launch an initial product, achieve initial market traction, prepare for pre-seed, and seed fundraise.
  2. Building a Team, Product, and Business
    • You will own the P/L of the new entity.
    • You will have a significant equity stake in the new business.
    • This is a full-time role, requiring your exclusive commitment to building and owning a new SaaS venture.

  • Ready to commit full-time and exclusively to an entrepreneurial journey.
  • Have the risk appetite and capacity.
  • Relevant domain expertise and/or industry advantage.
  • Have previous experience co-founding and leading an early-stage company or have equivalent intrapreneurial experience.
  • Desire to be a venture-backed co-founder.
  • Generalist with solid skills in a key startup discipline.
  • Experience pitching to investors and raising capital.
