Job Description: As an Administrative Support Specialist for Progressive Aboriginal Relations, you will play a vital role in supporting the Program Director and contributing to the growth of the PAR program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new applications for CCAB programming
  • Schedule training sessions for companies joining the PAR program
  • Support quarterly reporting and committee meetings with documentation
  • Monitor file systems and databases related to programming
  • Prepare letters, documents, or data reports relevant to programming
  • Schedule training and travel for companies requesting in-person sessions
  • Coordinate in-person meetings and events related to PAR


Administrative Support:
- Update records in the MPOWER CRM and track monitoring for reporting
- Collect and maintain client records for statistical purposes
- Create invitation lists and track event attendance
- Request speaker bios and photos, draft event postings

Marketing & Event Planning:
  • Schedule and post marketing for programming and events quarterly
  • Provide messaging for outreach efforts in PAR
  • Support planning nationwide events with all departments


Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in business or 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Analytical, operational, and computer skills
- Highly motivated team player with positive interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Previous knowledge or experience with content management and sales management systems

This is a full-time position with hours from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work arrangement available within Toronto & the surrounding area.
