- Process new applications for CCAB programming
- Schedule training sessions for companies joining the PAR program
- Support quarterly reporting and committee meetings with documentation
- Monitor file systems and databases related to programming
- Prepare letters, documents, or data reports relevant to programming
- Schedule training and travel for companies requesting in-person sessions
- Coordinate in-person meetings and events related to PAR
Administrative Support:
- Update records in the MPOWER CRM and track monitoring for reporting
- Collect and maintain client records for statistical purposes
- Create invitation lists and track event attendance
- Request speaker bios and photos, draft event postings
Marketing & Event Planning:
- Schedule and post marketing for programming and events quarterly
- Provide messaging for outreach efforts in PAR
- Support planning nationwide events with all departments
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in business or 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Analytical, operational, and computer skills
- Highly motivated team player with positive interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Previous knowledge or experience with content management and sales management systems
This is a full-time position with hours from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work arrangement available within Toronto & the surrounding area.
