About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Coffee Bar Server at Safeway. As a key member of our coffee bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks
  • Process cash register payments and maintain accurate records
  • Stock and order products, maintaining a well-stocked and organized coffee bar
  • Perform light cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods
